Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama Takes Relief To Lau Islands

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama arrived in Ono-I-Lau yesterday morning to visit those who had been affected by Tropical Cyclone Harold.
Mr Bainimarama left on Monday on a navy ship, Kacau, on his tour of the Lau Group.
He also held a talanoa session with the people of Ono.

Forty-one houses in the four villages in Ono-I-Lau were destroyed by TC Harold.
Next stop is Vatoa followed by Matuku, Moala and then Totoya.

Mr Bainimarama will also be holding talanoa sessions on these island to see how he can provide assistance in other areas apart from the damages done during TC Harold.
