Probe launched into late-night blaze at Capricorn Hotel in Nadi

Authorities are investigating the cause of a late-night fire that ripped through parts of the Capricorn Hotel in Nadi, forcing guests to flee their rooms shortly after midnight.
The Fiji Sun understands that the fire spread rapidly through several sections of the well-known Martintar property, leaving a number of rooms extensively damaged.
Guests were evacuated as firefighters worked for hours to bring the blaze under control, with many waiting along the highway as emergency crews contained the flames.
