The Public Service Commission has passed a resolution to suspend the Permanent Secretary for Youth and Sports, Mr Iowane Tiko, pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC). The suspension of Mr Tiko will take effect immediately.
The commission will shortly announce who will be the acting Permanent Secretary for Youth and Sports.
