Public Service Vehicle Operators have applauded Government’s decision to lift the curfew after two years.
Fiji Bus Operators Association President Nisar Ali Shah thanked the move to allow buses to operate at full capacity.
Mr Shah said a lot of bus companies start around 5am and finish at around 8pm or 8.30pm but some in the Suva area and between Lautoka and Nadi will resume operating 24/7.

Fiji Taxi Association President Raben Singh said the lifting of the curfew would benefit taxi drivers in terms of income.

Viti Mini Bus Operators Association president Bola Saumaka said drivers would still need to adhere to the travelling Act and By-laws.
