Public Advisory: Unplanned Water Disruption For Parts Of Labasa

The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise its customers living in the following parts of Labasa that they will be experiencing low water pressure to intermittent supply from now until further notice.

Affected areas include:

 Batinikama

 Siberia Golf Link Road

 Basoga

 Vunivau

 Soasoa

 Parts of Vunika

 Bulileka

 Vatunibale

 Lowcost

 Boca

 Urata

 Drekitilailai

 Boubale

The interruption in supply is due to a suspected burst main at the Siberia Nabeqa River Crossing.

The Authority is kindly advising its customers residing in the areas above to use water wisely for their immediate needs during this temporary disruption period.

Water carting trucks have been deployed to service the affected areas.

The Authority highly regrets any inconvenience caused to its customers.
