Punitive Measures Alternative For Rowdy Students: Kuruleca

Punitive measures would be an al­ternative approach for students misbehaving in public spaces.

Psychotherapist Selina Kuruleca made the suggestion following a viral video that has attracted negative feed­back from the public.

The video showed students misbehav­ing on a Central Transport Company bus in Suva on Wednesday.

“Parents talk to your children before you let them go. Teach them how to be­have,” Ms Kuruleca said.

“If you think, if they were one of the students on the bus, maybe you need to penalise them.”
