Rabuka: I'm Still Here, Standing.

l am still here, standing.

This was the message from Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka after speculations were widely shared on social media that he was emergency airlifted from Labasa to Suva on Thursday night.

Mr Rabuka, who is on a 10-day North­ern Division tour was in Nabouwalu, Bua, on Friday meeting villagers and communities, commissioning several Government-funded projects.

Mr Rabuka shared a good laugh with reporters, when he was asked about the speculations concerning his health.

"There's a lot of malice around, peo­ple wish other people evil," Mr Rabuka said.

"We just have to stay above that and be positive as we go along."
