Raduva Scoops Most Awards At Graduation
Peceli Raduva, who scooped the most awards during the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ graduation thanked his aunt, Marica Matasolevu for the support she had provided him.

Peceli Raduva, who scooped the most awards during the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ graduation thanked his aunt, Marica Matasolevu for the support she had provided him.
The 23-year-old of Savusavu was in tears when he handed his three special awards certificates to his aunt during the graduation at Civic Centre Labasa on Friday.
Apart from completing one-year Certificate Three in Carpentry at ministry’s Naqere Centre in Savusavu, he received awards for the Best Theory Student of the Year, Best Junior Carpenter of the Year and Best Practical Student of the Year.

“I was brought up by my grandparents and my aunty has always been supporting my education,” he said.
“After they passed away she continued to look after me and even though she had a family of her own.”
Aspiring to become a businessman, Mr Raduva said it wasn’t easy being away from home, but he was grateful to hold a certificate which is accredited by the Fiji Higher Education Commission.
