A Rakiraki man who is alleged to have murdered his wife last year will take his plea at the High Court in Lautoka in February.
The accused, Vinay Darshan who is charged with one count of murder and two counts of incitement appeared before High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza on Monday.
It is alleged that on August 23 last year, the accused allegedly murdered his wife, Aleshmin Pratap.
