Rape Accused, A Free Man
The accused was charged with the alleged rape of a teenager who was 16 years old at the time of the offense at the Batiga settlement in Ba in June 2018.

A 24-year-old man, who was initially charged with one count of rape, walked out of the High Court in Lautoka a free man yesterday.
The High Court dismissed the charges after the state lawyer Taitusi Tuenuku Lal filed a nolle prosequi.
The accused was charged with the alleged rape of a teenager who was 16 years old at the time of the offense at the Batiga settlement in Ba in June 2018.
