When Alesi Ravouvou, 23, started to show her baby bump, some of her relatives pushed her away, and she was at her lowest point in her life.

But the future of her child kept her feet on the ground, leaving her days where she would rely on her new found university friends to feed her.

The sight of a cabinet with no food, containers without biscuits and almost no clothes was a common one.

Those experiences made her defy all odds,
