Refrain From Crossing Flooded Rivers: Fiji NDMO
Flooding of iris crossing, and informal settlements are to be expected along with some disruption to traffic flow and poor visibility and businesses.

The Fiji National Disaster Management Office is calling on the public to refrain from crossing flooded rivers that are above knee level.
A heavy rain warning remains in force for Kadavu, Yasawa and Mamanuca Groups and the greater Sigatoka-Nadi-Lautoka-Ba-Tavua-Rakiraki area.
According to the Fiji Meteorological Service, occasional heavy rain and few squally thunderstorms are to be expected over these areas.

Additionally, a heavy rain alert is now in force countrywide because of an active trough of low-pressure system moving over the Viti Levu.
