Residential Ratepayers In Arrears Given A Year Amnesty Period

Residential ratepayers have been given one year amnesty period on interest payable in arrears.
This was announced by Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka in his post cabinet meeting press conference yesterday.
Mr Rabuka said the amnesty was intended to facilitate the recovery of principle rates owed by residential ratepayers.
