Resignations And Overseas Offer Affect Authority

The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is losing expertise from its workforce through the resignation and migration of some of its employees to overseas offers.

This was revealed on Wednesday by the authority’s Chief Executive Officer, Kamal Prasad.

He said the departure of some employees contributed to the lack of manpower, which affected the vast challenges faced by the authority.

He said some employees resigned to look for greener pastures overseas because of better pay and better working conditions.
