TSLS-sponsored students returning to Fiji on a Temporary Travel Release can now delist their guarantors immediately on arrival, following the introduction of self-service kiosks at Nadi International Airport.
The Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) has installed two Guarantor Delisting Kiosks at the International Arrivals Concourse, just outside the baggage collection area, to make the process faster and more convenient for bonded students.

Upon returning to Fiji, students are responsible for promptly delisting their guarantors.
TSLS said the new kiosks streamline this process by allowing students to complete delisting immediately at the airport, eliminating the need to visit TSLS offices.
The self-service system guides users through a secure process that takes less than two minutes to complete.
Returning students must first check their eligibility by scanning a QR code on page two of their Temporary Travel Release Letter. Eligible students then take a photo for identification, scan the biodata page of their passport and submit their guarantor delisting application electronically.
TSLS will assess each application to confirm the student’s return to Fiji and ensure all requirements have been met before granting approval.
Once approved, the Immigration Department will be notified to remove the guarantor’s name from the Immigration Stop Departure List. Email notifications will also be sent to the student and their guarantors.
TSLS said the initiative reflected its commitment to improving service delivery and reducing inconvenience for students and their guarantors, particularly those affected by travel restrictions.
A step-by-step guide and instructional video are available on the TSLS website and social media pages.
