The Rotary Club of Labasa will be reaching out to poor students in Vanua Levu who are in urgent need of stationeries.
This is after Home & Living general manager Ronald Narayan donated $5000 worth of stationeries on behalf of the company, to the club last Friday.
He said this was their first community outreach to a Non-Government Organisation based in Labasa this year.

“Community engagement is one of the key pillars of the company’s corporate social responsibility and hence we are delighted to engage with the Rotary Club of Labasa.”
Rotary Club member Nazma Ibrahim thanked Home & Living for reaching out to them.
“Over the years the club has carried out numerous projects and recently carried out a roofing project,” Mrs Ibrahim said.
“In a couple of weeks, stationeries will be distributed to approximately 300 deserving students.”
The club has 13 members.
