Rotovator Boost For Nasorowaqa Village Youths

Minister for Youth and Sports, Jese Saukuru, thanked the members of Nasorowaqa Village for their warm welcome during the handover ceremony of a rotavator.
Mr Saukuru thanked the parents for their overwhelming support, which resulted in a significant turnout for the event.
He emphasised that the village’s leadership should be entrusted to the youth of Nasorowaqa.

He said the Coalition Government did not support or tolerate any form of violence against women and children.
Mr Saukuru urged the community to work together in combating such violence. Highlighting the demographic statistics, Mr Saukuru said that 70 per cent of Fiji’s population was below the age of 40.

Mr Saukuru encouraged the youth to form cooperatives while starting their businesses, as this would enhance their chances of success.
He expressed the Coalition Government’s optimism that the rotavator would contribute to the growth of youth clubs and businesses in the village.
He urged the youth to be the voice of change in the community and to work hand in hand for the benefit of all.
Samisoni Naba, a village member, was thankful to the minister for the assistance provided, which he believed would greatly benefit the youth of Nasorowaqa.
He commended Mr Saukuru and the Coalition Government for their commitment to fulfilling their promises to the public.
