Saneem Urges Parents To Get Their Children Registered To Vote

Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem is urging all parents around the country to get their children who are eligible to vote to get registered.
Mr Saneem’s comments come after the Fijian Elections Office (FEO) kicked off their school registration drive at all schools around the country on Tuesday. He spoke to students of Nadi Muslim College.
He said it was the civic responsibility of all parents to do so.

“We expect that a lot of the school students have registered during the drive and we are looking forward to receiving registrations for those that may have missed out at the drive.”
He added that the FEO reached over 19,000 new registrations during the drive.
