A man in his thirties is the latest victim on our roads after the vehicle he was driving veered off the road at Kasavu yesterday morning.

The victim, who is originally from Savu Village, Tailevu, was driving along Kings Road with four passengers. They were on their way to Nausori Town when the vehicle went off the road near Drekeinakelo in Kasavu at around 4.30 am.

According to Police, two passengers had been transferred to the Colonial War Memorial Hospital in serious condition while one was admitted under observation at the Nausori Hospital.

The fourth passenger, who escaped injuries, has been discharged yesterday.
