Who were the eight people onboard the now sunken Fijian-flagged fishing vessel Tiro II?
What happened on FV Tiro II is still a mystery.
Out of the eight crew of FV Tiro II, five are still missing. They are Benjamin Semuel, Alfat Kodri, Eme Warma, Samuela Sukere and Qiritivabea Cagilabakomeli.

Benjamin Semuel, 40
He was the captain of the now sunken Fiji-flagged fishing vessel Tiro II. He is married to Jheinni Cornelia. He has been working in Fiji for 15 years. He hails from Bogor Village in West Java, Indonesia. He worked for Sea Quest fishing company as a chief engineer for more than eight years before he joined Green Tuna Fisheries Co Pte Ltd.
Alfat Kodri, 38
Mr Kodri is the chief officer. He is survived by his wife and two children. He is one of the five crew still missing and believed to have gone offboard the now sunken Fiji-flagged fishing vessel Tiro II.
Eme Warma, 46
He is the chief engineer. He is one of the three Indonesians still missing.
Tevita Kapawale, 26
Mr Kapawale is the second eldest of four siblings. It was the first time for him to work on a fishing vessel. He is a father of three children. He hails from Yadrana Village in Lakeba.
Mitieli Cama, 49
He is one of the two who were onboard FV Tiro II when the vessel was found.
Kaminieli Tucama, 47
Mr Tucama had worked for fishing vessels in Fiji and the Solomon Islands and maintained a very good work record. He started working as a seafarer when he was 16 years of age and has been in the fishing industry for more than 30 years. He was in the Solomon’s for almost 10 years

Samuela Sukere, 26
He is one of the five crew members who are still missing. He is the second eldest of six siblings. He is married with a child.
Qiritivabea Cagilabakomeli, 42
He hails from Naqara Village in Kadavu. Mr Cagilabakomeli is the second youngest of six siblings.
He has been a seafarer for more than 25 years. It was his first time working on the now sunken Fiji-flagged fishing vessel Tiro II.
