Send Me A Photo, Saneem Challenges Social Media User

Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem called on a social media user to provide him with a photo as evidence after she claimed that the Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum was at the Counting Centre on Friday night.

She claimed Mr Sayed-Khaiyum had unlawfully entered the Counting Centre in a private vehicle.

In a press conference on Saturday, Mr Saneem said he would then be able to charge Mr Sayed-Khaiyum for breaching the electoral law. He said political party candidates were not allowed beyond the fence at the Counting Centre.
