Sharpen your swords, the Fiji Human Resources Institute delegates were told.
FHRI president Kameli Batiweti did reiterate this to the practitioners but not for the context of raging in warfare but to be able to mitigate for the best work practices and business acumen.
He said the Pacific Mobility Scheme has drained a lot of skilled workers to neighbours Australia and New Zealand since 2015.

He said, “It is very difficult for the workforce, however, something that has started will be quite difficult to stop. So, the TVET program approach is the solution that we recommend,” he said
