Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has acted in response to recent controversial social media posts made by Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Siromi Turaga and Minister for Sugar and Multi-Ethnic Affairs Charan Jeath Singh.

Despite their actions, both Mr Turaga and Mr Singh will remain as Cabinet members.

Mr Turaga’s official Facebook page caused outrage after a post featuring his first-class travel on Fiji Airways and photos from his overseas visit earlier this month.

It has been revealed that a young relative with no media experience manages the Attorney-General’s social media account.
