Sitiveni Rabuka's Case Dismissed

The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) discontinued proceedings against the Opposition Leader in the Suva Magistrates Court today.
FICAC Senior Counsel Mr. Rashmi Aslam informed the court of this and Prosecution’s intention to dismiss the case.
Mr. Sitiveni Rabuka was charged with one (1) count of Breach of Bail last July after it was alleged that he had interfered with a prosecution witness.
