Soldiers Stay Off Kava And Liquor For Three Months

All Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) personnel have embarked on a three months’ abstinence period of in­dulging in kava and liquor.

All Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) personnel have embarked on a three months’ abstinence period of in­dulging in kava and liquor.

The commitment, which is part of the RFMF’s spiritual enhancing campaign, starts this month. It will be led and facilitat­ed by RFMF’s chaplaincy.

RFMF Commander, Major-General Ro Jone Kalouniwai, believes it is worth it to be in the presence of God, hence the spiritual initiative.
