Stability and unity at home are vital to discipline and performance at work, Acting Commissioner of Corrections Auta Moceisuva has reminded Fiji Corrections Service personnel.
He made the remarks as the Fiji Corrections Service held its first Family Church Service for 2026 this morning, bringing officers and their families together across all divisions nationwide.
In the Southern and Central divisions, the service was held at the Centenary Methodist Church in Suva, while officers and their families in the Western, Northern and Eastern divisions gathered at churches within their respective regions.

The service in Suva was led by Reverend Ananaiasa Soro, who called on officers and their families to renew their commitment to God and strengthen their family foundations. Preaching from John 15:1–8, Reverend Soro encouraged families to remain spiritually grounded, saying this was essential to bearing lasting fruit both at home and in national service.
In closing the service, Mr Moceisuva thanked Reverend Soro for his message and commended officers and their families for their strong turnout at the start of the year.
