The Public Accounts Standing Committee Members last week visited the Naboro and Nasinu Corrections centres.
The Parliamentary delegation was led by Government MP, Vijendra Prakash.
The team also included SODELPA Members of Parliament Aseri Radrodro and Adi Litia Qionibaravi. As part of its oversight function, the committee visited the two facilities because it was related to one of the performance audits mentioned in the Auditor-General’s Report on the Management of the Prisoners, Employees and Assets Management System (Parliamentary Paper No. 96 of 2018).
