State Requests For Adjournment Of Drasa Murder Case
This is the case of Mohammed Aiyaz Ahmed, who allegedly murdered his wife Shabina Nisha whose body was covered in blood by a neighbour at her home in Drasa, Lautoka, in 2019.

State lawyer Sheenal Swastika requested the High Court in Lautoka yesterday to adjourn the case of murder accused Mohammed Aiyaz Ahmed to next week because of the absence of his lawyer, Anishni Chand.
This is the case of Mohammed Aiyaz Ahmed, who allegedly murdered his wife Shabina Nisha whose body was covered in blood by a neighbour at her home in Drasa, Lautoka, in 2019.
The matter was heard before High Court Judge Justice Aruna Aluthge while the State was represented by Ms Swastika.
