State Requests Further Time To File Transcribed Copy Of Caution Interview

State lawyer Joeli Nasa requested further time from the High Court in Lautoka to file the transcribed copies of murder accused Saimoni Seru’s caution interview video recording.

This is the case of Saimoni Seru who is alleged to have murdered Karishma Gounder. Ms Grounder’s body was found floating in the sea near a private property at Lomolomo beach on November 12, 2022 by a farmer of Sabeto, Nadi.

The matter was heard before Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza on Thursday and the defense was represented by Legal Aid Commission lawyer Kelly Vulimainadave.
