Irregular water supply was a problem for residents of Suva, Samabula, Delainavesi and parts of Veisari yesterday.
The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) advised consumers that the Kalabu, Tacirua, Colo-i-Suva and Dokanaisuva reservoirs did not recover to its healthy operational levels on Tuesday night.
As a result, water levels dropped throughout the day to critical levels yesterday.
Customers in the following areas were encouraged to store enough water in their homes to last them at least two to three days while it was still available, and to use water wisely during this period.
