Former Fijian Electoral Commission chairperson and lawyer Suresh Chandra’s sentence will be delivered next week.
Chandra was found guilty on six counts of professional misconduct for unreconciled monies amounting to $2.139million by the Independent Legal Services Commission.
ILSC Commissioner Justice Gihan Kulatunga found Chandra liable for five out of the six professional misconduct charges.
