Talks Of Review Of Employment Relations Act 2007

The tripartite consultative pro­cess of reviewing the Employ­ment Relations Act of 2007 (ERA 2007) is ongoing and in line with the ILO Convention 144 on Tri­partite Consultation.

This was highlighted by the Minis­ter for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Agni Deo Singh, in response to the Fiji Sun reports of Friday, March 24 and Monday, March 27, 2023.

Mr Singh said the review was seek­ing views and comments from tripar­tite members and was yet to be final­ised.
