“The PALM scheme has allowed me to have a peace of mind for the future that my family will have; a secure job means building a better future for our family.”

Ms Pasepa commended the selection team for allowing women to also have a fair chance of employment.

Chances, she said, were quite difficult to have in some instances.

“My daughter’s education is now secured; a better standard of living is at the forefront of our ambition,” she said.

“The opportunity presented is a blessing, I will work hard and provide for my families back here in Fiji.”

She encouraged other females to pursue employment opportunities that were presented with.
