Three Taveuni fishermen and their families anticipate a bright future after securing fiberglass boats and outboard engines under the Seafarers Entrepreneurial Assistance (SEA) programme.
The boats and engines purchased under the SEA system was a costsharing programme between the Government and the applicants.
The Government is attempting to emphasise the necessity of working in conjunction with the community through its programmes.
