Tavua Accident Victim Laid To Rest, Remembered Fondly

The late Taniela Sakealevu was laid to rest at the Tavua Cemetery by friends, co-workers and family members on Tuesday.
Mr Sakealevu, 49, died after he allegedly lost control of his vehicle causing it to tumble and land in a ditch on July 8, in Toko, Tavua.
Vatukoula Gold Mines Electrical Superintendent, Etuate Waqa, said the late Mr Sakealevu’s impact on those around him was seen in the huge turnout.

He said Mr Sakealevu had been working for the Vatukoula Gold Mines for a long period of time and was dedicated to his work.
