Teen Dies in Labasa Accident
It is alleged that he was speeding, lost control of the car and veered-off the road before hitting a culvert.

A 16-year-old has died following a fatal accident at Naduna, Labasa on Monday night.
Shalvin Lal of Tuatua, Labasa left his home about 12.30pm to pick up a relative.
It is alleged that he was speeding, lost control of the car and veered-off the road before hitting a culvert.

He allegedly died on the spot and was later found by the relative he went to pick.
Acting Divisional Police Commander North Superintendent of Police Eroni Soqosoqo confirmed the incident.
“Investigation has started,” SP Soqosoqo said.
The post-mortem is expected to be conducted today. >Shratika Naidu
