Teen in Remand over Fatal Nausori Crash
The 17-year-old is scheduled to reappear in court on Friday.

The 17-year-old boy accused of causing the deaths of two men in a tragic weekend crash in Nausori has been remanded in custody following his appearance in the Nausori Magistrate Court yesterday.
He faces two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, one count of driving without a valid license, and one count of driving a vehicle without the owner's consent. It is alleged the teenager took the keys to a Government vehicle from his father while he was asleep. He was driving along
Bau Road when he struck two men standing by the roadside before fleeing the scene.

Police said the teenager later told his father, who then reported the incident to authorities.
The victims were rushed to the Nausori Health Centre, where they were pronounced dead.
The 17-year-old is scheduled to reappear in court on Friday.
