Apisai Caginakana Moce plans to join politics with a vision to amplify youth voices ahead of the 2026 poll.
The former civil servant of Rewasau Village in Nataisiri with maternal links to Nadala Village in Ba.
He is a forest management professional with an advanced background in environmental sustainability.

Mr Moce was a civil servant for more than 10 years.
He was the team leader for the Conservation Unit under the Ministry of Forestry where he managed national parks and implemented ecotourism projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Sustainability majoring in Environmental Resilience from the University of New England in Australia, which he completed through an Australian Award Scholarship.
He graduated in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic in a unique ceremony at the Sawani border.
He is commonly known as Bis Moce – a social media content creator, where he has been highlighting grassroots challenges in rural and maritime Fiji.
He resigned from his government job in early 2024 to return to his village and care for his elderly parents.
Born and raised in the rural community, Mr Moce said he understood the challenges that people experienced daily.
“That is why I utilise the power of social media to highlight the issues and also to create and start positive dialogue.
“And bring things to the table especially to Government and NGOs and see the challenges that people are facing outside urban areas.
“If Fiji wants a solid and sustainable economy, we must invest in rural areas.”
Mr Moce is married and has two children.
