Meet 5-year-old Mosese Tokailagi.
Mosese is from Vivili Village, on Thursday he received the Best Character award during the Navuniyasawa Kindergarten Parade.
His uniform was handsewn by his mother, as young Mosese wanted to follow in his Ta levu and namesake’s footsteps and become a police officer when he grows up.
