Tilak High School Triumphs at Math Contest

Tilak High School has been crowned the 2024 National Team Mathematics Competition (TMC) Champions.
Held at LDS College in Suva, the competition brought together students from various schools across the country to showcase their mathematical skills.
The winning team was led by Shaeez Khan, with support from Maths teacher Ana Vatubula.

"This victory is the result of the hard work and dedication of our teachers and students," said assistant principal.
Their commitment paid off as the Year 11 and Year 13 teams secured first place, while the Year 12 team took second place.
Earlier in the year, during Week 10 of Term 2, Team Tilak emerged as the zonal runner-up in a competition held at SVC.
This earlier performance laid the groundwork for their ultimate victory at the national level.
