Topper Dedicates Success To Parents

Natabua High School Year 12 top student, Inaya Adeeba Ali, attributes her success to to her parents, whom she considers her pillars of strength.
She scored the school’s highest mark during the Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination.
“I would like to dedicate my achievements to my father Imron Ali, my mother Mehshreen Ali, my grandparents, my family and the staff of Natabua High School,” she said.

She said she was made aware through the Minister for Education, Heritage and Arts Premila Kumar’s address last week that Natabua High School was one of the top 5 schools nationwide that had an individual student who scored the highest marks for the Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination.
She said that she had her share of difficulties when studying for tests, but that she stuck to a rigid study schedule.
She said she gained motivation and inspiration from science research during the pandemic.
“I also envision myself supporting the health care system in the future. I would like to pursue a medicine and clinical research career,” she said.
Proud mother and Natabua High School teacher Mehshreen Ali said she was delighted with her daughter’s achievements considering her academic record.
