Head of the Catholic Church Arch­bishop Peter Loy Chong was the speaker of the transparency and ac­countability – priorities for effective governance planetary session at the Grand Pacific Hotel.

Archbishop Loy Chong reminded participants of the importance of keeping a circle of transparency, free­dom of information sharing to the people.
