Transportation Difficulties During The Current Weather Event
Many public transport providers have suspended operations around the country as roads have become unusable as a result of debris on the highway.

The LTA wishes to advise all taxi, minibus and omnibus customers to where possible stay at home and do not use public transport during this weather event.
Do not undertake any journey by public transport unless absolutely necessary.

If for some reason you must make a journey by public transport contact your bus operator before leaving home to establish if your service is operating and that you will get home again.
The situation is fluid and changes with every hour in all areas so it is difficult to provide our customers with specific locational advice suffice to say STAY AT HOME!
The Land Transport Authority wants you to be safe and well during this weather event.

Navua Office- Closed
Other offices in the Central Division except Valelevu will be closing at 2pm if power supply not
normalize by 2pm.
Western Division
Sigatoka Offices-Closing at 2pm
Nadi Offices-Closed
Lautoka offices- Closed
Ba Office- Open till 3pm
Tavua and Rakiraki Offices-Closed
Northern Division
Taveuni-Closed
Vatunibale office, Labasa Town, Seaqaqa and Savusavu – Open
Please be advised weather permitting the offices will be open tomorrow on Saturday as per normal Saturday
operating hours of the offices.
Same as for the Defensive Driving Courses (DDC) participants for Valelevu on Saturday, if weather permits the DDC will be conducted as scheduled. You may contact Team Leader Road Safety on 9994461 for your DDC.
