The Fiji Trades Union Congress held a closed door National Council meeting yesterday and discussed old issues affecting trade unions and workers.
A trade unionist present at the meeting said the mobile phones of union delegates who attended the meeting were locked outside the meeting venue in Suva.
“The discussions were centred on some old issues affecting trade unions and workers in the country and the challenges that we face,” he said.

FTUC national secretary Felix Anthony said the congress had made some decisions at the meeting.
