Unity Fiji party leader Savenaca Narube has called on Government to spell out its change in policy on the Tertiary Education Loans Scheme (TELS) and National Toppers Local Scheme (NTLS).

Unity Fiji party leader Savenaca Narube has called on Government to spell out its change in policy on the Tertiary Education Loans Scheme (TELS) and National Toppers Local Scheme (NTLS).
Students who wish to study under TELS are to have a mark of over 250 and a confirmed placement in a tertiary institution while those studying under NTLS are to have more than 300 marks.
Only students who reached Year 13 are able to apply for the two scholarships.
