For Josefa Bota, graduating with an accredited certificate brings comfort and a sense of certainty for his future endeavours.
The 21-year-old of Nakawakawa, Wainunu, Bua, achieved a significant milestone yesterday as he graduated from the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC).
The ceremony took place at the Fiji National University in Nasinu, where Mr Bota received a certificate II in agriculture.
