‘Volunteerism Should Be Celebrated’

Fiji Council of Social Services (FCOSS) executive director, Vani Catanasiga says volunteerism should be celebrated.
Ms Catanasiga made her comment while officiating at the Mua-I-Ra Western District Council of Social Services Network awards ceremony at the South Seas Club in Lautoka on Friday.
One hundred and forty volunteers and council members in the Western Division from Lautoka, Ba and Tavua were awarded.
Related stories
The volunteers received certificates in the different sectors including wash response, black sand mining, human trafficking and national profiling and COVID-19 response.
