Vosanibola Withdraws Motion Seeking Release Of Passport
It is alleged that the MP breached the Parliamentary Remuneration Act of 2014 when he claimed travel and accommodation allowances, he was not entitled to.

Former SODELPA Member of Parliament, Peceli Vosanibola, has withdrawn his notice of motion application for the release of his passport.
Vosanibola is charged by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) with one count of giving false information to a public servant and one count of obtaining financial advantage.
In court before Anti-Corruption High Court Judge Justice Dr Thushara Kumarage, Vosanibola’s lawyer told the court that his client wished to withdraw the notice of motion.
