WAF advises households to store water as adverse weather affects parts of Fiji

The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) is advising customers to store water immediately as the current adverse weather conditions pose a risk of unplanned supply interruptions.

In a public advisory, WAF urged families to prepare early.

WAF said customers should store enough water for their immediate needs, use water wisely, and continue monitoring official updates.

The authority also reminded the public to stay safe and take precautionary measures as heavy rain and strong winds increase the likelihood of disruptions to supply infrastructure.
