Wailoku Road Works To Complete In 2 Weeks, Prasad Says
The roadworks began on Wednesday.

Reconstruction works at Wailoku Road will be completed within two weeks, if the weather permits, says Fiji Roads Authority chief executive officer, Kamal Prasad.
“Looking at the weather, it may take us about two weeks but if the weather is not good on the weekend then we may not be able to finish it,” Mr Prasad said.
The roadworks began on Wednesday.

“We will be reconstructing the Wailoku Road from where we had left off last year. This is from the Water Authority of Fiji station located on top upto the bridge.”
Mr Prasad has advised pedestrians to walk in the designated area and urged motorists to follow temporary road signs in place.
